These reports include data on the cities' demographics, population change, housing (costs, ownership, permitting, age, and tenure) employment (overall, by industry, by occupation), commute patterns, and migration into and out of the city.
Cities that we have worked with find these reports useful for better understanding their population's needs, as a source for housing element reports, or as a means of attracting companies to the city.

The data in the reports are updated on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Reports backed by a subscription will always reside on this page and will always be up to date - within 1 to 2 working days of the data being released.
